Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product you have purchased, Hannah will be happy to refund the cost of the item, following the return of the item in perfect condition within 28 days from you receiving your order. The company cannot cover the costs of any return postage costs unless item arrived faulty or damaged.

If your order is bespoke I will not be able to offer you a refund. (This includes custom made wholesale orders)

Shipping

All shipping information must be correct during the order process to ensure safe delivery. Hannah will do all she can to assist any changes, entering an incorrect shipping address may result in an order not arriving and a refund will not be provided.

If you live outside of the UK be mindful that import TAX and customs chargers will be paid for by yourself.

As it is just me and sadly this isn’t my full time job and I work in the week please allow up to 7 working days for items to be posted as everything is wrapped and cared for by hand. They may be delays due to bank holidays etc

Please allow up t0 10 days for your item/s to arrive from the shipping date. If we cannot locate the item/s a new item/s will be send to you.

Lost or damaged items

All items are shipped carefully with lots of eco friendly packaging to stop this from happening but on the rare sad occasion that an order arrives broken Hannah will do her best to replace and send it out to you as soon as possible! Due to the nature of Hannah’s process sadly the piece you ordered will never be repeated exactly the same.

Packaging

All Packaging used is Eco friendly! Everything can be recycled or used again by yourself! The packaging peanuts are biodegradable and can be melted in water (Have a go its so satisfying). If your parcel arrives with any plastic or none recyclables don’t worry I have already re-used them from a supplier.
